What data do we collect?
The data we collect can include:

When you purchase merchandise via. the online store or at a live show, your card information is not collected and stored by us. It is processed by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. When you subscribe to a mailing list, your information is processed and stored by MailChimp, a third party processor, which we use for the creation and distribution of our artists’ mailing lists.
How will we use your data?

- To provide you with information on the relevant six00four artist.
- To enable us to fulfil your merchandise order.
- To make suggestions and recommendations to you and other users of our Site about news or products that may interest you or them.

- To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us.

- To improve our Site to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
How long will we keep your data?
The duration your data is stored for is dependant on the type of data held and the reason it was submitted.
Data submitted for a mailing list is stored by a third party service provider and will be stored for as long as you are receiving the mailing list. When you ‘opt-out’ of a mailing list, your data is removed is removed from the system.
Data submitted during the transaction of purchasing merchandise is held on record for 18-months from the date of purchase. This is to ensure we have a record of transactions, both to help solve possible disputes and to aid the completion of our yearly accounts. Once the 18-months have passed, the data entries into relevant systems (iZettle or Stripe) are deleted.
Data submitted when you get in contact with us for general enquiries is kept on record until you ask us to remove it. In some cases, keeping your data including name, email address and telephone number on record helps us reconnect for future opportunities and ventures, often benefiting both parties. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its secure on our systems - using password protected systems and secure filing systems.
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you have previously signed up for a mailing list and no longer wish to receive the emails, you can contact us at email@example.com and request to be removed from the mailing list. We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent.
How can you access/update your data?
It’s important that any data of yours that we do have, is accurate.
